<p><a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.essen-und-trinken.de/ajvar" target="_blank">Ajvar</a> ist eine rote Würzpaste aus Paprika und eignet sich zum Beispiel zum Würzen von Speisen oder als Brotaufstrich. Man kann <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.livingbbq.de/recipe/rezept-zum-ajvar-selber-machen/" target="_blank">Ajvar selber nachen</a>, man bekommt es mittlerweile aber auch fast in jedem Supermarkt.  </p>



<p>Die Zubereitung ist wieder sehr einfach und alles in allem dauert sie nur 20 Minuten. Beachtet aber die Marinierzeit vom Fleisch. Das Gericht eignet sich ideal als Hauptgericht oder Abendessen und ist mit etwa 300kcal als Abnehmrezept geeignet. Es enthält kaum Fett, wenige Kohlenhydrate und viel Eiweiß. Es ist also auch eine leckere Mahlzeit für Sportler nach dem Fitnessstudio. Auch dieses Rezept kommt wieder ohne Zucker aus, es könnte aber sein, dass im Ajvar welcher enthalten ist. </p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="putemitajvar-utensilien">Utensilien für die Zubereitung</h2>



<p>Für die Zubereitung braucht ihr nur ein Schneidebrett, ein Messer, einen Messbecher und einen Spiralschneider. Ich nutze diesen <a href="https://amzn.to/2JgF7NL" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener" aria-label="Spiralschneider von Gefu* (öffnet in neuem Tab)">Spiralschneider von Gefu*</a> um die Zucchini in Spaghetti-Form zu schneiden. Es geht aber auch jede andere Form, wenn ihr  keinen Spiralschneider habt. Zusätzlich eine beschichtete Pfanne und einen Pfannenwender. Der Knoblauch lässt sich am einfachsten mit einer Presse auspressen, ihr könnt ihn aber auch mit dem Messer fein hacken. </p>

<p>Darüber hinaus eignen sich nicht nur die grünen Zucchini als Pasta-Ersatz. Mit gelben Zucchini sieht das Gericht der Pasta sogar noch ähnlicher. </p>

<p>Hier zeige ich euch ein Rezept für asiatische Zucchininudeln in einer Erdnuss-Chili-Sauce und Hähnchenfilet. Gerösteter Sesam, Sojakerne, Knoblauch und Ingwer runden den Geschmack ab. Ich liebe Erdnuss-Soße, oft wird sie auch <em>Satay</em>sauce oder <em>Sate</em>sauce genannt. Sataysauce ist eine Würzsauce bzw. ein Dip und stammt ursprünglich aus Indonesien und Thailand und wird oft in der asiatischen Küche verwendet.</p>

<p>Die in Streifen oder Spiralen geschnittenen Zucchinis sind sehr beliebt  in der Low Carb Küche und der Ersatz für Pasta schlecht hin. Sie werden  auch oft Zoodles oder Zudeln genannt. Der Begriff setzt sich aus  Zucchini und entsprechend Noodles (englisch) oder Nudeln zusammen. Sie sind äußerst kalorienarm, enthalten keine Kohlenhydrate und sind obendrein meist sehr günstig zu bekommen.  </p>

<p>Die Zucchini-Nudeln sind sehr schnell zubereitet, am einfachsten geht es mit einem Spiralschneider. Ich habe diesen <a aria-label="Spiralschneider von Gefu* (öffnet in neuem Tab)" rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://amzn.to/2JgF7NL" target="_blank">Spiralschneider von Gefu*</a>. Wer keinen hat, kann die Zucchini auch in feine Streifen schneiden. Schmeckt genauso gut, sieht nur nicht aus wie Spaghetti. Dann müssen die Zucchininudeln nur noch erwärmt werden. Gebt sie dafür für 2 Minuten in die heiße Pfanne, schon sind sie fertig. Lasst die Zucchini nicht zu lange in der Pfanne, sie werden dann nur matschig.</p>







<p>Dieses schnelle Rezept für ein leckeres Abendessen punktet durch wenig Kohlenhydrate, wenig Fett und viel Eiweiß. Ideal für alle, die sich gesund oder Low Carb ernähren wollen. Es ist auch für die ketogene Ernährung geeignet. Auch Vegetarier können dieses Rezept einfach abwandeln, in dem sie das Hähnchenfilet beispielsweise durch Tofu ersetzen.</p>

<p>Wir haben das erste richtige warme Wochenende genutzt um den Grill anzuschmeißen. Leider war es heute nicht ganz so sonnig wie gestern, aber mit 24 Grad warm genug, um draußen zu sitzen. Auch wenn man abnehmen möchte, kann man sehr lecker essen und grillen. Hier habe ich für euch ein paar Grillrezepte notiert, die es bei uns heute gab. Natürlich LowCarb-Grillrezepte:</p>



<h5 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-bulgur-salat"><b>Bulgur-Salat</b></h5>

<h5 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-zucchini-scheiben"><b>Zucchini-Scheiben</b></h5>



<p>Die Zucchini in ca. 0,5cm dicke Scheiben schneiden und in einen Gefrierbeutel geben. 3-4 EL Olivenöl, 1 TL Thymian, 1 TL Paprikapulver und 1 gepresste Knoblauchzehe dazugeben. Das ganze in der Tüte vermengen, so dass die ganze Zucchini von der Marinade bedeckt ist und einige Stunden ziehen lassen. Zwischendurch die Tüte vorsichtig durchmengen. Es reicht, die Zucchini-Scheiben ein paar Minuten von jeder Seite zu grillen<b>.</b></p>

<p>Das gleiche könnt ihr auch mit Aubergine machen, die schmecken gegrillt auch super lecker.</p>



<h5 class="wp-block-heading" id="h-knoblauchbrot"><b>Knoblauchbrot</b></h5>



<p>Etwa 50ml Olivenöl in eine kleine Tasse geben und 1 gepresste Knoblauchzehe und 1 TL Oregano hinzufügen. Verrühren und etwas ziehen lassen. Mit einem Pinsel das Öl auf Eiweiß- oder Toastbrot auftragen und kurz von jeder Seite grillen.</p>

<p>1 EL Pfeffer aus der Mühle<br>1 TL Paprikapulver<br>2 EL Öl<br>Etwas Salz<strong><br></strong></p>

<p>Die Steaks in einen Gefrierbeutel legen und die Marinade hinzufügen. Das Fleisch am besten über Nacht im Kühlschrank marinieren. Zwischendurch wenden und leicht durchkneten. Eine halbe Stunde vor dem Grillen aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen, damit das Fleisch auf Zimmertemperatur kommt. Wie lange es auf den Grill muss, hängt von der Dicke des Fleisches und von der persönlichen Vorliebe, ob man sein Fleisch rare, medium oder well done mag, ab.</p>

<p>Dieses Rezept aus Zucchini-Nudeln mit Garnelen ist genauso einfach, wie es klingt. Es kommt mit wenigen Zutaten aus, die ich eigentlich immer im Haus habe: Zucchini, Garnelen, Pesto und Knoblauch. Es ist definitiv eins meiner Lieblingsrezepte, welches fast wöchentlich auf meinem Speiseplan steht.</p>

<p>Die Zucchini-Nudeln mit Garnelen sind ein perfektes Sommergericht, nicht nur, weil die Zucchini im Sommer Saison hat. Sowohl Zucchini als auch Garnelen zählen zu den kalorienarmen Lebensmitteln, daher darf dieses Gericht beim Abnehmen nicht fehlen. Mit einem hohen Proteingehalt von ca. 18 g pro 100 g sättigen Garnelen langanhaltend. Dieses leichte Rezept eignet sich sowohl als Mittagessen oder leichtes Abendessen nach dem Feierabend. </p>

<p>Mit einem <a href="https://amzn.to/3Q1gSoD" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow">Spiralschneider</a> sind die Zucchini-Nudeln mit Garnelen im Handumdrehen in die Form von Spaghetti gebracht. Ich hab so einen kleinen Spiralschneider, mit dem kann man 2 unterschiedlich dicke Spiralnudeln machen. </p>

<p>Er sieht ein bisschen aus wie eine Sanduhr. Man steckt die Zucchini auf einer Seite rein und dreht sie dann. An der Seite kommen dann die Zucchini-Nudeln heraus. Das geht wirklich blitzschnell und so ein Spiralschneider kostet auch nicht viel.</p>



<p>Aber auch ohne Spiralschneider kannst du das Rezept nachkochen. Dazu kannst du die Zucchini einfach in feine Streifen schneiden. Die Form ist ja für den Geschmack zum Glück irrelevant. </p>

<p>Welches Pesto du für die Zucchini-Nudeln mit Garnelen nimmst, ist deinem Geschmack überlassen. Du kannst Pesto alla Genovese mit Basilikum und Parmesan nehmen oder eines mit Basilikum und Rucola. Sogar mit rotem Pesto schmeckt es sehr lecker. Welches ist dein Lieblingspesto? Ich liebe Pesto alla Genovese und Pesto rosso. Du kannst auch ein selbstgemachtes Pesto verwenden.</p>
